Mission Opportunities

  • Save GENERAL MILLS box tops, TYSON FOOD A+ logo labels, CAMPBELL SOUP labels and empty lasar and inkjet cartridges for Buckingham Elementary school.  Place these items in basket on the table entering the Sanctuary.

  • Adult and youth volunteers are needed for our Project Outreach -- The Extended Learning Center hosted by our church on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays after school.  From 4:00 - 5:00 pm, you can read to children, help them with homework, and get to know them either once a week, or once a month.  The children attend Buckingham Elementary School.

  • Caps to the Capital.  Knitted or crocheted caps for newborns may be sent to the President of the United States to demonstrate the need for our country to increase funding for critical health measures for Mothers and Children in developing countries.  Mail your cap and note by January 2 to:  Knitters and Crocheters for Newborns:  Caps to the Capital, Save the Children, P.O. Box 950, Westport CT, 06881.  Patterns may be picked up at the Presbyterian Women table in Taylor Hall.
